LOS ANGELES, CA — The 10th season of "Dancing with the Stars" has named its cast. The lineup of luminaries includes hotties like ESPN host Erin Andrews and "Baywatch" babe Pamela Anderson. But two names that shocked the panel were veteran professional wrestlers Hulk Hogan and the Ultimate Warrior.

The show – which traditionally pairs celebrities with professional ballroom dancers – has them taking on a different dance and compete each week. Judges and viewers then vote, and the couples who don't make the cut are kicked off.

Hogan and Warrior, however, will be breaking with tradition – having requested to be paired together.

"The thing is, Mean Gene (?), Warrior and I have tango'd before," Hogan reminded us. "Wrestlemania 6 at the Toronto Skydome in front of 70,000 people; and we blew the roof off the place, brother!"

Hogan, who is no stranger to reality television after starring in 3 seasons of his own show Hogan Knows Best, promises he and Warrior can put aside their differences in order to recreate that same magic on the DWTS dance floor.

"We're gonna trip the light fantastic, brother!"

MEET THE WARRIORS

Meanwhile, Warrior has led a slightly more reclusive life since Wrestlemania 6.

After legally changing his name to "Warrior" in 1993 and marrying second wife Dana (now Dana Warrior) in 2000, the former WWE champ fathered two daughters – Indiana Marin Warrior (2000) and Mattigan Twain Warrior (2002). Along with their dog Warrior and two cats Warrior & Warrior, the Warrior family lives in Warriorville – a small town just south of Santa Fe that was named after them at Warrior's request – where the right-wing conservative can be found writing, painting, and adding new words to the English language.

Despite being away from the spotlight for so long, Warrior claims he is ready for this next challenge (or so we've interpreted his words to mean).

"I was sent in a capsule from the land of foke and destrucity – a place and time far from here and now," he told us, "and I did so for one reason : to force the power of the Warrior down the throats of everyone watching ABC. And swallow they shall, for this freak of nature right here is just beginning to swell. [snarl]"

In closing, Hogan asked us what we intended to do when Hulkamania "runs wild" on us. Asked to elaborate on just what that means (and whether or not we should bring towels), Hogan went into a series of bodybuilding poses; while warrior snarled and went into convulsions.

Dancing With The Stars Season 10 premieres March 22 on ABC.
